  • I will tell you about The Best Exercises to Lose Belly Fat Fast in 2019. I see only two options:

    1. Liposuction (technically not a physical “workout”), which is relatively cheap these days particularly in places outside the U.S. like Lebanon. Take a trip. See the world. Get some lipo along the way. However, I don’t recommend this route because most of the friends I know who have had it don’t make any lifestyle changes and invariably put it all back on.

    2. Drop weight thru exercise & diet, particularly cardio as spot reducing isn’t possible. This I do recommend because it requires you to make some serious changes that become lifetime habits. You’ll lose fat, become more symmetrical, have more energy, feel better (physically & mentally), tighten up (round out) other areas too, and live longer with a more healthy lifestyle.

    You can look online to get more info on the right kind of cardio (at least 20+ min) and weight training for you. You can also determine your optimal heart rate for fat loss based on your age.

    Aside from crunches & other abs exercises hitting lower abdominals, I recommend planks to strengthen your core and tighten up any visceral fat laying deep underneath around your organs. Keep in mind that you can do all of the ab exercises available but if you don’t lose the fat you can’t see the muscles.

    I will outline the basics here. Diet is the most important thing when it comes to weight loss. I would say that 90% or more of what you are seeing on the scale is directly caused not by what you are eating but how much you are eating. Yet I would disregard the previous statement because it is an unnecessary complication.

    Although diet is what causes 90 percent of the weight loss people glorify exercise. The truth is, exercise is a terrible way of losing weight and you should spend the bulk of your time focused on getting your diet on point.

    This means figuring out how much you can eat on a given day to lose one pound a week. Tracking everything with paranoia that edges on insanity. If you do this and figure out how much you can eat and on a consistent basis you eat this amount then I promise you that you will lose weight.

    Weight loss is a journey as everyone who goes through will confirm. You control your urges, you fight yourself, you give up things that you love and you fundamentally change your lifestyle.     I don’t do take pills. Never have. The reason is not that I love watching every calorie or that I love going to the gym after a long day at work.

    I don’t take diet pills because the dirty secret about diet pills, as well as most supplements, is that they are unregulated-which means anybody can cook up anything and put it out on the market without going through the FDA process that would weed out ineffective or downright dangerous pills. Again: These pills are NOT regulated by the government or any other entity.

    You might not be old enough to remember, but in the late ’80s-’90s, there was a drug called Phen-Fen. It was all the rage, lots and lots of people took this drug. And, it did work. But what it also did was it damaged your heart. And this was not found out until people actually started getting the problems. Until people’s hearts WERE damaged, and there were enough people who experienced this damage that something had to be done.

    The truth is until these supplements start to cause health problems in a significant part of the population, nobody can do anything to get them examined or removed from the market. 

    Just recently, it has been discovered that multivitamins are not effective, and may cause problems because some of the vitamins in them are higher than the body needs, which means it will either poison you or will simply be eliminated from the body if there is too much of it.

    So, unless your doctor expressly prescribes the pills for you, do not take pills. Lose weight by watching your diet, and exercising. You didn’t get fat overnight, so you won’t lose the weight overnight.
